Heyoo, I'm Silvo, otherwise known as CryptidNeons! I am a 25 year old artist, streamer and fursuiter.

I do a lot of furry-related art, stream whatever and whenever, and I often attend cons and wear my fursuit, Silvo.

🗲 I work on commissions randomly! I do not have a set schedule. Deadlines will not be accepted.

🗲 You are not permitted to make any changes to my artwork without seeking prior approval!

🗲 I retain the right to revoke free artwork and to reuse it for any reason.

🗲 I retain ownership of all artwork and unsold character designs from cancelled commissions.

🗲 You are not allowed to mint my artwork as an NFT or to use for training A.I. databases.

🗲 I have a fulltime job and carpal tunnel, please be patient!

🗲 I reserve the right to use any artwork that I have made for advertising.

🗲 I will not start work until I have received full payment.

🗲 You are not allowed to use my artwork for any form of merchandising unless discussions prior to the work lead to an agreement.

🗲 I must be linked properly on character's profile, regardless if my artwork is used as the main reference and/if the design has been modified in any way by you or any other artist.

🗲 I retain all ownership of a character until it is fully completed and I release ownership entirely to it's new owner. I will state when I release ownership.

🗲 You cannot claim to have designed a character that I have designed, even if you have modified the design to being unrecognizable.

🗲 I retain all ownership of any character designs that are rejected during any transactions between commissioners.

🗲 I retain all ownership of any artwork I have created of said character design. Do not use my artwork to make any amount of profit.

🗲 I retain all right to use character designs as examples for advertising.

🗲 If you persist that I work for you after being denied will lead to you being blocked from contacting me.

🗲 Anyone that I block are automatically denied and I will refrain from any interaction both in person and online.

🗲 Work may take a long time, thus I ask for your patience on the matter. I do not do deadlines for commission work!
